Currently, C-Master for DOS does not run under Windows ME without a special boot sequence. Microsoft has taken the position that Terminate-and-Stay-Resident (TSR's) programs like ANSI.SYS, which have been used extensively for DOS applications are not allowed to be loaded under Windows ME. Therefore, without special modifications to Windows ME, and/or special boot disks, one cannot load ANSI.SYS. Without ANSI.SYS, C-Master cannot currently be run successfully.
